1. Who we are

This service ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted strategy portal for executives. We are the data controller for personal information you provide while using the service. For any privacy enquiry, contact contact@amstrategylab.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: full name, email, password (hashed), company name.
  • Profile data: role, company stage, ARR range, strategic priorities, board cadence and dates.
  • Content you upload: documents, messages with the Copilot, generated outputs.
  • Integration data: tokens and content from services you choose to connect (e.g. HubSpot, Notion).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, timestamps, basic usage analytics.

3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

  • Contract: to deliver the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interest: to keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and improve quality.
  • Consent: for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting and compliance records.

4. Who processes your data

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host and process your data on our behalf:
  • Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, file storage, server functions)
  • Resend (transactional email delivery)
  • Anthropic / OpenAI / Google (AI model providers, only for prompts you submit)
These providers act as processors under signed Data Processing Agreements. Some may store data outside the EEA; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for those transfers.

5. How long we keep it

  • Account & profile data: while your account is active, plus up to 30 days after deletion.
  • Uploaded documents & conversations: until you delete them, or up to 30 days after account deletion.
  • Billing & legal records: up to 7 years where required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy. You can exercise most of these directly from Settings once signed in (Export data / Delete account), or by emailing contact@amstrategylab.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics and other non-essential cookies are only set if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level security on all user data tables. No system is 100% secure; if you suspect a breach, contact contact@amstrategylab.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
