Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, upload illegal content, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

You retain ownership of all documents, prompts and outputs you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content solely to operate the service.

The Copilot generates content using third-party AI models. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it for decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or remain inactive past trial limits. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
